Tiramisu Coffee with Belgian Twist!

A coffee drink version of the tiramisu! A harmonious marriage of decadent flavors with a Belgian twist (Biscoff cookies).

 1 ¼ fl oz Espresso coffee
 3 oz Vanilla ice cream
 2 Biscoff cookies, crushed
 1 dash Amaretto liqueur
 A blender
 A double-wall glass or a regular glass
Garnish (optional)
 Whipped cream
 Biscoff cookies crumbles or grated dark chocolate
Instructions

Pull your espresso shot,

Put the ice cream, the cookies, the Amaretto, and the espresso shot in the cup of an immersion blender or in a regular blender,

Blend until completely smooth, about 30 sec,

Pour into your favorite glass. Enjoy this sweet treat!

Note

You can substitute the espresso shot with a strong black coffee brewed with an Aeropress or a Moka pot.
