My new summer obsession: the Shakerato. Another way to enjoy iced coffee with a light touch of sweet orange. This preparation is a great way to enjoy iced coffee for espresso lovers. The salt removes the bitterness of the coffee, the sweetness is well controlled, and the orange bitters bring a delicate note. This cocktail encourages you to experiment with flavorful single-origin espresso beans since it lets the bean's character shines through.

Prepare your espresso shot
In a shaker filled with ice, pour all the ingredients (pinch of sale, orange bitters, simple syrup, and espresso)
Shake vigorously
Pour in your favorite cocktail glass. I recommend you chill your glass in the freezer and use a mesh strainer to filter the little ice bits.
Note:
Inspired by James Hoffmann, video of The Caffee Shakerato.
