Impress your guests with this cocktail. It is a liquid boozy orange ice cream. It surprised me, and it wowed Audrey when she tried it. The orange and the coffee liquor work together to deliver a rich, complex, fun adult beverage that will delight your guests.

In a shaker filled with ice, put the orange juice, the cointreau and the coffee liqueur, shake vigourously
Pour in a chilled cocktail glass with a mesh strainer
Slowly pour the cream on the back of a spoon close to the liquid surface to let it float to the surface. The picture does not show my best performance 😅; you should tilt the spoon a little more to avoid letting the cream spill on the handle. Enjoy your delicious cocktail.
