 1 Espresso shot
 6 fl oz Whole milk
 Whipped dairy topping cream
 A large cappuccino or latte cup
 A milk pitcher
Garnish
 Grated dark chocolate

Pull your espresso shot,

Steam and froth the milk in a steaming pitcher using the steam wand of your espresso machine or a battery-operated frothing wand, or you can use an electric mixer or even an immersion blender… At the same time, pre-warm your cup with boiling water, dump the water into the sink.

Pour your espresso shot into the pre-warm cappuccino cup and add your frothed milk,

Top your cappuccino with whipped cream and dust it with grated dark chocolate.
