Vietnamese style iced coffee

Vietnamese style Iced Coffee

Sweet, fresh, and creamy, the Vietnamese iced coffee is a real treat. Sweet but not cloying, it can be served hot or cold, but we find it works very well as a cold drink.

This recipe is adapted from the Vietnamese recipe. The actual Vietnamese coffee is prepared with a special brewer called a phin. I adapted the receipt to use the AeroPress to brew the coffee over the condensed milk. The AeroPress is used like a pour-over, without the press.
