Pour the condensed milk into your glass,
Wet the AeroPress filter with hot water, screw the filter holder in place,
Pour your fresh ground coffee in the AeroPress. Swirl the brewer to even the grounds, and put it on the glass,
Tare your scale and slowly pour 30g of hot water on the coffee to saturate the grounds. Gently swirl the brewer and let it bloom for 20-30 seconds,
Slowly and evenly pour the water until you hit 180g,
Let the coffee drip on the condensed milk; it will take several minutes,
Once the coffee stops dripping, remove the AeroPress,
Stir the coffee and the condensed milk,
Pour the coffee into a large glass filled with ice cubes. Enjoy!
